Our Suffolk County Detectives have done it once again. On Saturday October 10th, they arrested Shaun Mcneice for Armed Robbery Pattern Crimes.

In total, Mcneice, 29, of 5 Stan Haven Place in East Northport, was charged with seven counts of Robbery 1st Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd Degree and Resisting Arrest. Mcneice, is alleged to have robbed a Shell gas station, located at 444 Commack Road, and fled the scene on a bicycle at approximately 7:35 p.m. Thankfully, there were no injuries in the robbery. A short time later, detectives located Mcneice on Stan Haven Place and West Haven Drive where he was found in possession of the proceeds from the robbery along with a skull mask and a loaded handgun.

Mcneice was also charged with the following robberies that occurred during the last 2 months:        

Finnians Pub located at 1976 Jericho Turnpike, Elwood, on October 5th
Speedway located at 5087 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, on October 4th
7-Eleven located at 6230 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, on October 2nd
7-Eleven located at 3041 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport, on September 30th
7-Eleven located at 3041 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport, on September 24th
7-Eleven located at 3041 Jericho Turnpike, East Northport, on September 12th

A criminal charge is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty. Good job detectives.
